Not too long ago, some consumers noted that this diffuser had issues when it came to longevity. BUT, in it’s current, new and improved version, it includes and advanced ceramic disc to prevent oil corrosion and unit breakdowns, so it would seem Greenair manufacturing has addressed the only real possible downfall to this unit.
At a ca. $30 price-point for the Greenair Spa Vapor diffuser, this unit is a serious contender for a solid essential oil diffuser starter model! My favourite feature is that you can direct the mist in any which way you like, which is useful while still leaving the unit in place on your desk or night stand.
It comes with 6 rotating LED lights which change color and produce a beautiful glow that will set the most relaxing of moods. Turn off the lights when you sleep so that you can still benefit from the aromatherapy and misting effects without getting disturbed by the lights.
Simply add up to 5 drops of your favourite essential oil to this diffuser and instantly turn your room into a relaxing aromatherapy spa! Using the Green Air Spa Vapor is also an excellent way to create the desirable level of humidity in your room as it includes instant healthful mist therapy.

SpaVapor vs. SpaVapor+ vs. SpaVapor Pro vs. SpaVapor 2.0
I get it, all those similar names are totally confusing. The low-down is this: There are three Green Air Spa Vapor diffusers: The PLUS (+), the PRO, and the 2.0. There used to be just the basic “SpaVapor”, but that model got basically discontinued and the most basic Spa Vapor you can and should buy is the PLUS (+) model. The PRO and 2.0 are upgraded or more luxurious versions from here, even though the price points for all three runs still within the $26-$35 range… so not a huge difference at all.
This review is for the basic SpaVapor Plus.
How long does a full bin of water last?
This unit diffuses oil steadily for ca. 6-7 hours before it needs a refill. If used with the light on, it does evaporate the water a bit quicker, within 3-4 hours.
Does it have an auto shut-off mechanism?
Yes, the Green Air diffuser automatically turns off the unit when the water bin is empty, which surely can be helpful when you are falling asleep to the beautiful scents of aromatherapy or would otherwise miss turning your unit off manually.
How big of an area can it cover?
The manufacturer states that the Greenair Spa Vapor essential oil diffuser will cover a room size of up to 250 sq. ft. Some people report great results with rooms of up to 500 sq. ft.
How much noise does it make?
It operates quietly and has also been called to be “nearly silent”. Surely, it won’t be bothersome when you use it at night. This is perfect for your pampering session, giving you quality time to relax without bothersome background noise.
Can I turn off or adjust the lights on it?
Absolutely. The Green Air Spa Vapor+ diffuser has six rotating color LED lights which you can easily control with an on/off switch.
How do I best clean and store it?

Consumer Reviews For The Greenair Spa Vapor Diffuser
Almost all people who have purchased this product have really testified that it did wonders for them. It certainly met their expectation from an essential oil diffuser, which is to provide aromatherapy into the room. This product certainly is something for everyone to own! In fact, a customer from Amazon named Blazer reviewed the product as:
“I absolutely love this little guy. It works fabulously and diffuses/mists approximately 6-7 hours before it needs a refill. If you use it with the light on, your water evaporates much quicker (3-4 hours), I’m guessing because of the heat from the light. I bought this on August 26, 2012 and have run it constantly, day and night and it has been wonderful. I highly recommend. I can’t remember the last time I was more satisfied with a purchase.”
Blazer gave a 5 star rating for this product.

Don’t know how to make it work. The power button lights up, but no vapor comes out. There’s some button called “ALT”. What does that mean? Then there’s 2-4-6 hour buttons. What if I want it to just run until empty?

I have had mine for 2 months and it’s boiling the water (the sensor is getting hot) – anyone else have this problem?

I sell them at my retail location in Fort Smith, AR!:-) I’ve personally used various models and they all perform very well!

Question. I have the spa vapor 2.0. One day I hit a combination of the buttons where it used all the water in a 7 to 8 hour period which I assume is getting the most into the air. I can’t seem to get it to do it again. It just uses a very minimal amt. of water which means very little steam. Does anyone know how to get it to do full steaming?
