Essential Oils Prices Comparison Chart

If you’re looking for a quick and easy way to compare the price list of a few of the most popular essential oil companies, I have created this essential oils price comparison chart for you!

Not that I always shop by price at all, but sometimes it is nice to be able to quickly compare some of the most popular essential oil brands simply by price.

For this exercise, I have picked three of my most favorite essential oils: lavender, peppermint, and frankincense. Please be aware that prices may be subject to change depending on each of the suppliers… but in general, this should give you a good overview of the pricing from these essential oil companies.

Prices for essential oils

Whether you’re looking for the cheapest prices for essential oils, or you’re just curious about what certain companies charge for similar products than other companies, here are the essential oil prices for lavender, peppermint and frankincense compared by company. The companies are listed in no particular order.

Please remember that essential oils prices vary largely due to the resources, process and production practices of each of these companies. At the bottom of the table, I have included links to full reviews of these essential oil companies so that you can read more about their quality and control standards, and learn more about possibly why their prices are a certain way.

NOTE: All prices are listed as for a standard 15ml bottle. If the company doesn’t offer a 15ml bottle, I have calculated the price as if they would. Some of those companies will sell a 10ml bottle or a 30ml bottle… You just have to pick the size that is right for you! Again, the 15ml size may have been calculated in an effort to make this comparison as easy as possible.

Where Can I Buy the Best Essential Oils?

Shop for essential oils online with confidence!

Essential oils are becoming more popular and appearing on the shelves of local health food stores, farmer’s markets and specialty stores. With this in-person shopping, it is quite nice that you can (sometimes) smell the essential oil first before you buy it. Most pharmacies or drug store type shops will have test bottles available.

However, with the ease of use and accessibility of online shopping, I prefer being able to buy essential oils online. That way, I can choose the company I wish to buy from on many other criteria and factors other than plain availability in my local store. I also find that the best essential oil prices are available when shopping online, and not in local stores as you can take advantage of special offers, deals, and discounts.

Rewards Points and Programs

It is noteworthy on this page to say, that there are some essential oil brands that reward customer loyalty with “frequent flyer” type rewards points. A big factor in buying essential oils online is of course the question of the shipping cost. But, don’t be afraid of this as most online retailers will have a threshold of how much you need to spend to get free shipping. Sometimes, individual suppliers also offer a free shipping promotion for a limited period of time. So, just shop around and see what their offerings are for free shipping on your essential oil order. You might be surprised, and never pay a cent of shipping in the end at all!

Otherwise, the best shipping option I’ve found is if you buy through Amazon.com. The regular shopping cart threshold for free shipping has usually been $25 worth of qualifying product.
